Odd error message login from a hotel on laptop

Hi,

Ive logged in at home on my laptop yesterday with no issues. Today im in hotel and i get this message.

Disconnected from server. Error: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.EndReceive(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

I have no idea what the issue is.. I tried to find RoR to add as a firewall exception, but i dont see it..

Not sure whats wrong.
