DoK Dual Wield DPS

Hello.I have some questions.I cant decide which set is better.I know sove/warlord mix is bis but i dont have time and patiance for this mix.

1.Its hard to cap str with dok dps i guess. How much str is enough?
2.I cant decide between 3 pcs blood lord or 3 pcs oppessor.
3.Which stat is most important? Str,melee power or weapon skill?
4.should i put renowns to melee crit or parry?

Thanks

Yeah that seems pretty sketchy. I know they can tap a lot when not on their back/disabled but that's just asking for trouble. Everyones crit values are through the roof now.
Raid boss Salv WP Guernios - rr83, full Sov
DPS SnB SM Valianoris - rr81, full Sov
