Pure Addon - Floating Health Bars?

I have VinyUI installed and have disabled Effigy and RVMods. I'm trying to setup Pure addon to do what it used to do back in the day, which was show a floating healthbar on my current target and support/healer target. However, I cannot seem to enable this feature. I must be missing something. The Pure settings are pretty straight forward but I have a feeling another addon is conflicting or I'm missing a setting.

It should look like this with thin healthbars.

Okay nevermind. I think I figured it out. It looks like VinyUI uses a custom modified version of Pure.

The moment I download the one from:
https://tools.idrinth.de/addons/pure/

and replaced it, it worked fine
