Addon for target marking

I saw in a post a addon from gitforge I think that had a target ring type but also with target info, could someone link it, even better if there is a target ring type with lines over whole UI , could not find it again. I Bakker the search function cos it’s obviously not my drinking , well maybe

Looking on Idrinth's Tools I found Targetring, Wrath-of-heroes-reticle and Targets.

I've used both targetring and wrath of heroes, however targets seems to be what you're looking for - but the notes for it indicate that it doesn't work in scenarios. Hope this helps!
