Tome of Knowledge - Warstory and Influence Rewards

So, having an issue where I can't complete any Tier RVR or PQ which uses influence. Also, "War Story" in my ToK is completely blank. Example, if I go to an area in the game that I haven't been before, new chapter on my screen will show full influence. If I visit Rally master, cant see or select rewards.

I have tried /reload, repair, created new character, etc. All same.

I've disabled all addon, enabled all addons, nothing fixes it.

Please advise.

For anyone else having similar issues to this. I eventually resolved the issue myself. I had originally saved the Game folder to C:\Program Files (x86). I moved the game directory to another folder I created in the root of C: and removed the "Read Only" attribute from the game folder. Problem fixed!
