Missing UI features?

I've been on a hiatus from the game and have recently come back, only to find some rather strange things have happened to my interface.

In particular, using my WH, my accusation metre is missing, tactic slots are missing, and the slot where I would be able to use Ailing is also missing. I've tried switching from and to fullscreen, which temporarily fixed the problem with Ailing. And only temporarily, because when I used the /reload ui command to see if it would fix everything, it launched my action bars up into the top left-hand corner and I couldn't move them back. So I relogged, which fixed the action bars, but the granted abilities slot where Ailing had disappeared again. I also noticed that the left and right caps are now gone too.

I did check on my other characters as well and they've all got similar problems.

Also, all my abilities' names are missing and have been since the last patch. I don't use any add-ons either, just to clarify now.

Has anyone else had a similar problem and were able to fix it?

here are some tips or advices what you can do...

• Is your game completely patches?
  • close your game, start your launcher, maybe you missed some patches
  • you can try to repair your game (launcher > click on the gear > repair)

• Try a soft reset of your Ui
  • open the Layouter Editor > press on "Restore Defaults" > close the Editor but DON'T SAVE

• Maybe reinstall the game.....
  • It could be, that your older version is borked due to the updates and you have to reinstall it again...but choose this as the last option

I did try the first two before posting here, however, a clean install has seemed to have fixed the problem!

I have a sneaky suspicion it may have been the result of me using the old client.exe version rather than the latest torrent install, since I've noticed there's no longer an option for the .exe installer available on the website.
