I run the launcher as administrator, i turned off the firewall and virusscanner, i did the performance Counter and even downloaded the file "Performance Counter Rebuilder" and ran that as administrator. But nothing seems to work from the mentioned solutions. Even changed my pasword as it had numbers in it to one without numbers and no special signs in it either.
I don't know what i'm doing wrong. I downloaded the game both via torrents and the lose files that where posted on this site. In both cases i get the same error.
Someone did mention something about giving it writing rights. I googled it how to do so but i can't find a solution for that either cause they refer to sharing options and the file RoR Launcher doesn't have those when i right click on them.
I use Windows 8.1.
Does anyone has a solution cause i tried all the solutions that where in the sticky and been looking at solutions mentioned in older posts with launcher error problems.
Sorry for posting another of these launcher error problems, but i really tried the solutions i could find without any reslut, keep getting this annoying message.
