No character create / server list, tried other fixes

So whenever i log into using the launcher i have no character create button or server listed, i've read in some of the other threads and tried those fixes but they havn't worked, im using the je fawks mini ror launcher version 1.2 im pretty sure also none of the programs are "Read only" except the actual "Warhammer age of reckoning" folder but whenever i uncheck it as read only it instantly reverts when i close the properties down yes the launcher is in next to the war.exe
the only thing i havn't tried is the performance counter thing which im not sure i want to try and do.

perhaps your missing some files? maybe your computer removed some files into quarantine through auto-protect?

If you're getting this line of code in your error log:

You need to rebuild performance counters.

How to manually rebuild performance counters:

1. Go to start, and type in the search box "cmd". Right click cmd, and run as administrator.

2. Type in the command console, "cd c:\windows\system32", and hit enter.

3. Then type "lodctr /r", and hit enter.

3. It will take a few seconds to perform the command.

Performance counters should be rebuilt. Try loading the game, again.
