Cant get rid of Read-Only Status

When I try to disable the Read-Only Function, I apply it and hit OK. If I then check the properties again Read-Only status is re-applied. Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

This is covered in the install guide. You only need to do it once and apply to all. The fake checkbox persists because Windows reasons.

Make sure you don’t place game in program files area as this is windows specific and it will get write protected again

If not sure where else to put the game place it under c:\ror\
