Hi my Launcher do after restart PC every time a new Installation.

After the Installation from the 747 Files everything is fine again but is it necessary that the Launcher do this every day and after the restart the PC ?

Unfortunately you did not give any details of your install so can only guess, and give the standard remedies

Check where you installed game, do not install it under program files as this is a windows special area, if you did this move the game and game files to something like c:\ror\

Make sure you have removed the write protection on all game files and sub directories
Make sure torrent is turned off
Make sure launcher is in same directory as game file

allright i check this out. I think the problem is the write protection. I install it on desktop i cant change the write protection on windows 10

As it is no real installation, move the whole folder to a different directory.

you have to instal in c:
