Crash to Desktop

Hi, the game crashes to desktop almost every time my character logs in. Normally within a few seconds of gameplay.
I deleted the sound files as previously mentioned in an old post then used repair but after a tedious download, it has started to crash after only a short while playing.
Any suggestions, please?

Got the same problem.
sometimes every minute and once in a while I can play 30 minutes without problems.

so there are many possibilites why are your game could crash...

Are you running 64 bit through your launcher?

have in the settings client version on 64 bit. reloaded and updated the game again (which takes a whole day) but still crashes on the desktop.
