Any fix for the standing on mount graphic bug??

I have "repaired" the game client, deleted my cache and re-logged numerous occasions. Still I, along with everyone else on my screen, stand on the mounts and the horse doesn't run. This isn't just me, I see a lot of people asking in advice for the same help

Can anyone give advice on how to fix this please?

Moving the game folder out of program files (x86) fixed this for me. Took a couple repairs after.
