confused with statdoll

hello was wondering which one is correct statdoll light says block 669% or 69% character ui shows block 49% or is it block 24% ?

also the ini has 15% next to it goes down to 10% with 350 initiative , is my chance to be crit so high with over 300 initiative ?

edit: i think statdoll light might just be broken
