Blood-Soaked War is a self heal tactic. Use that to ‘self-sustain’.

I completely agree. I wouldn't ask for, say, pounce, because the squig herder has pounce, so I want pounce too.
The issue is completely different here, I'm afraid:
It's not A have B, so I want B.
No.
It's A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K , L … (I REPEAT, EVERY OTHER CLASS EXCEPT FOR SW) have self heal or/and absorb, SO I WANT SELF HEAL OR/AND ABSORB.

Those every other classes have self punt ?
do they have ranged snare ?

SW have different method for defensive move.
it's like blocking attacks with 'helm' or 'chest plate' or 'shield'.
all same block. with slight different way.

you're the only one having 'shield' and asking 'helm' cuz every others have helm.
use your tool or if you think heal/absorb are better, ask trade.

The problems with SW are other things, and we all know what they are, the devs know, everybody knows, and I'm sure in time things will improve. But this thing about sustain is like a matter of justice, of equality, and I love tinkering with the self sustain features of the classes. All I know is my little hooded lanky wannabe brawler would be most grateful.

But you have a "pounce" in form of the teleport no? Mara didnt get anything like that :< So if aSW gets also a self-sustain or heal, I want a pounce/teleport :D
oh and btw maybe reduce the cd of the 25% dmg ability to 30secs and get it out of skilltree to match the SW :x

I see your point, it's just common sense. I agree with you, actually. I respect you, Anarchy, and always respect your posts, because they are sensible and you are never a troll. The thing is, sometimes intelligent people like you can read too much into a post. My point is quite another. I'm not claiming in any way that SW NEEDS SELF SUSTAIN TO BE ABLE TO HAVE DEFENSE. I have even mentioned that a minor self heal or absorb won't solve any of the SW issues. Thus your reasoning, sound as it is, doesn't really apply. SW doesn't need self sustain. I'm just pointing out a simple fact, that people can interpret as they like, but the fact remains that:
EVERY OTHER CLASS HAS SOME FORM OF SELF HEAL AND/OR ABSORB EXCEPT SHADOW WARRIOR.

Somehow nobody has been able to contradict that simple fact (Manatikik came closest pointing out the hole in my argument, but blood-soaked war tactci is way too powerful and I would feel bad to use as it would make SW outrageously OP, so write that off)

So, I dont claim that SW needs self heal or absorb to defend themselves. What I'm pointing out is that, with no great cost to anyone, for the sake of equality and justice, SW could be given some form of self sustain that wouldn't make him too OP (fat chance lol). I would be happy.
