"could not move item" issue [solved]

Good afternoon, since a couple of weeks (can't remember if after a patch or something) I am unable to unequip my gear.
Meaning that if I try to remove the item manually to backpack or just trying automatic swap by rmouse with another item appears a message "you could not move -itemname-"
After some tests /reload, etc. I found out that the problem solves if I use the REPAIR function on launcher: unfortunately, the day after the issue comes back again.
I tryied to repair and then trying multiple log in/out as a test, but seems that is coming back after while out of the game, not immediately.

Is this issue known? I made a search on the forum and on the bugtracker and unless I am not spelling it correctly, I can't find any current or past issues: if instead an answer is laying there and I have not been able to find it, deep apologies.

But you are not in ranked sc queue right? Because then you can’t switch gear.

I am a retard. I thought switching was denied while inside ranked sc, not even during queue, now I read the patch info and it is there. Thanks
