Nope. I have pretty much given up trying to fix it by myself, as I am out of ideas. Eagerly waiting for some sort of official reply that will get my mind to stop spinning around this subject. That and I kinda want to play :(

So I wait patiently.

So min finally worked. I've been every morning just running the launcher and hoping. About every other day running RORUpdater from my install folder (this redownloads the launcher). Today for some reason it decided to work.

2 weeks ago I got a Windows 10 update that screwed everything up. Knowing windows like I do I just did a system restore to a point before the update and it has worked fine since.
