I followed the installation instruction.
- Read Only Mode (deactivated)
- Run As Administrator (activated)
- Downloaded DirectX9
- Is Not Blocked By My Firewall And Protection Software

I am not sure what I have missed or done wrong.
And I do not understand the error message.
