SW would need a whole lot of adjustments to be made into some kind of warband viable melee. Give Mara's Rampage but lock it behind being in Brutality/Monstro stances (and it gets purged if you switch to Savagery stance).
Now Slayer/Choppa are still powerful and good classes, ASW and Brut Marauders which are underperforming specs get a little love, both realms get parity with having access to the same kinds of ability/tactics, but not a direct mirror to allow for the uniqueness of balance that is the core of the WAR experience.

There's a false equivalence being drawn between GTDC, which has a huge impact on all scales of RvR, and Rampage which basically lets Slayers backload damage against shield tanks if they're standing directly in front of them. If we wanted to even out pulls, Engineer pull would have to trigger as soon as it's cast like Magus (instead of having a long delay), and WL would need some way to pull that isn't reliant on a spastic pet.
