What did they do to absolutely ruin the appearance of gear?
i stopped playing for a bit when i got the helm and gear i wanted on my kobs and wanted to return to get the next set or try to get bloodlord
i was FINALLY happy to have a enclosed helm for a KOBS (conqueror helm) that was not the same helm appearance i had from lvl 20 to lvl 40 rr 45 and had the ruin set(now old appearance of the ruin set) over annihilator set and got a Damn good looking red set combo with and awesome helm
i heard people were not happy a month ago before i quit that they changed invader to look more ****(which it was) but did not think they would ruin my set so i thought nothing of it...
but when i came back...my character now looked as if i had random leveling gear on or vendor trash gear
i ran to the bank to check some of the sets i stashed which looked good to me and...damn
Ruin set:Looks like a pregnant woman-when it had such good shoulders and a nice dark blue color
Keeper set:Looks worse then the scout medallion gear i bought to fight in T1 good god it looks like Absolute ****-when it was a nice blue and dull yellow before but now...oh my god...
annihilator set:Looks the SAME as the new worse ruin set but now without the cool red color...
I wanted to return to get my kobs even higher in rr and lvl a slayer to max for the Karaz Ankor! but...dont think i will return to this game
It might be petty **** to some but gear is the main factor i had to motivate me to continue,the pvp is good and all but as a kobs i wanted/needed to tank(cause damage is weak without the later gear)and cause the pve had high lvl dungeons i wanted to return thinking oh snap cant wait to get full ruin and then full annhi and full conq but now...i might just get gear that looks like what i can buy for gold from the leveling merchant
such a shame for me that it end like this
