Invader tokens lost

Good morning, i ve logged in today and found my invader are not in inventory, i had not so much after got entire set except jewel but anyway i would like to have theme back if possible. Got also no reward from yesterday evening zone lock i tougth it was a visual bug but no mail today in box, if u can help me i would be glad.

We don't recover / restore any items lost.

If you think they're bugged, I'd need to understand what happened, how to replicate the issue, and what caused the problem in the first place. We can't give you back any items, but we can look to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone moving forward.

I understand that you can't give items back and its ok for me, i ll do my tokens again. Anyway, i m not sure how this happend i can say what i did before log out when items were still in my inventory. So i did partecipation for 2 forts yesterday evening, won the lock zone before forts then got in first fort, got disconnected 4 mins before the end , when i went back online the other fort where i had contribution were running while the first one was over. I got no reward from 1st one and its ok maybe for low contribution( its strange cause i played it entirely capping flag and pushing in and usually when my connection fail i still get reward if fort is close to end). I had 6 invader in inventory before the second fort, i got in, lost fort and get 4 invader so i had 10. Then i did log off this morning i got a mail with a green bag from one of the previous lock zone and when i opened my inventory i had 0 invaders, all other tokens are here except those ones. I m sad i can't provide more datailed information to help u, i hope no one will experience this problem but maybe, if someone around had this issue he can be more specific than me about this.
