I believe this is exactly the wrong kind of buff WH/WE needs. A class with light armor and terrible mitigation/defenses do not need higher aoe dmg. SoD passive 20% increased armour pen, 50% on use with 60 sec cd before another relic can be applied.

Buffing the AOE damage on Dragon Gun/On Your Knees is also a possibility and should be less problematic than buffing the morale drain effect on those abilities.
I think we need to focus on the core mechanic of WE/WH, which stealth and ST damage, and exactly think about buffs in that direction. Maybe a buff to stealth in form of increasing the duration to 45-50 secs with a cool down of 15-10 secs respectively. Let’s increase their ability to stay in stealth longer and get back in stealth quicker so they can roam more freely and pick off stragglers. We can also then think about buffing dmg out of stealth moves to put more emphasis on the class mechanic of “lurking in shadows” and high ST burst down a key enemy/class. on top of this there could be more buffs to ensure WE/WH can kill their intended targets faster meaning casters/healers.
