Suggestion tweak on Victorious set bonus for IB

I think there is a great opportunity here to fix some of the IB's problems that originates from the current increased value of armor (which increased a little bit yet again on the new sets...) and the need for high Weaponskill value to keep up, with changing the typical Strength bonus (that every single set has anyway) of the Victorious set to Weaponskill. It would give interesting options and variance for gearing up, provide a true alternate path and make this set truly desirable for every IB, even beside Sovereign (which is the goal, right?). (At the same time I could finally replace my 4 years old Beastlord set to something better.. )
