Shaman: morale pump

Is both “get movin” and “ere we goes again” needed when spec’ing for morale pump?

Needed? No, but if you're speccing for pump, you may aswell take both and make it twice as effective.

Autodetaunt is helpfull for survability, for the last slot there are so much options....+10% healcrit/restorative burst or something else...

Heal crit + RB for AP.
It's hard to fit in Yer Not So Bad in between heals when you also intend to use 'Ere We Go whenever it's off CD.
