Not flagged for PVP in PVE, and yet PK'ed

Hi,

Today I was in PVE and not PVP flagged on a destro character, when an order player killed me despite being not being PVP flagged. It happened again in PVE later with a party of order killing me, while I did not PVP flag or have PVP already flagged.

In both instances at the time I was only using single target attacks on PVE monsters, so there was no AOE to exploit into making me attack a PVP character and flag myself. And I didn't attack them directly to flag myself either.

I just wanted to raise that this is an issue, and see if anyone knew more about it, or had seen it being used. Or to see if this has been one of several occurrences.

Is this an exploit, or a feature? If the former, what should be done?
