WH - level 30 (need a nudge)

Back after I think a couple of years.
Dusting off the Witch Hunter for fun, but I have no idea what build to use and rotation.
I'm using 5 piece Devastator gear (I have no idea how I got that).
Plan on doing RvR. Just need a little push in the right direction....thanks!

RoR.builders - Witch Hunter

I would use that. Requires 32 overall. Would sacrifice tactic and vanish, get vanish at 31, tactic at 32. Solid damage vs squishie for sure.

Slot strength talismans, if you didn't already. Blue lvl24/28 would be good.
Dying is no option.

how about renown points, how are those allocated?
...and rotation?
