Help pls! I cant change name whit a .changename command

I cant change name whit a .changename command atm, 2-3 mounts age i change name on other char all be okay, im in Altdorf 40\59rr
i meet all the requirements, but there is nothing on the character selection screen

Can you try .namechange? I always forgot which one is the right one.
