Preserved Heavy Bat Wing

Hi

Sorry if this has already been notified by others as well, I couldn't find any post directly related to it, so here goes.

Was trying to do absorb pot from Preserved Heavy Bat Wing from Guild Hall merchant, but can't add the ingredient to the apothecary crafting window. So this one in particular seems bugged (could do a lower level from same merchant and even 175 armor - just for test).

Should I create a bug report on this, or will it be fixed at some point?
