What is the addon that pops up each Deathblow nicely with skill used

I see in Zarbix stream every time he has a deathblow, really nice pop up on the screen (looks almost like the text when you gain a level) that says you killed a X player and what skill you used for the deathblow. Does anybody know what addon that is a part of? I've tried [ADDON] Enemy - but that was a simple line of text that you killed player X. Thanks
