Problem with 64bit version

Hello,
First of all i want to apologize for my future grammatical mistakes.

I am running on a windows 10 64 bits laptop(with good enough specs).


My problem is that sometimes the screen freezes and is very annoying especially in pvp, this happesn in 32bit. After searching for a sollution i sow that changing to 64 bits could fix my problem, but no. Changing to 64 bits makes the game change my graphical settings to the lowest, and then after entering the game the colors are very strange, like there is a problem with the gpu or something. I installed the directx from the link in the "join us" section of the site.

I don't know what to do. The freezes are pretty annoying, i even get them when creating a character, when i change the face or the hair type(sometimes) the game freezes for a sec.
