Renown farm as Destruction

Hello.

New player here, started the game a few days ago.
I'm trying to find a way to get a good amount of renown. I'm currently rank 31 and renown 26.
I tried farming SCs but it feels very slow and not very fun as Destruction. I have around 20% winrate and most of the defeats are absolute death balls where order farms us at spawn and Destro has no idea SC are won by doing objectives, not fighting the tank in the middle.
SC often take like 10 minutes for 500 renown and a level asks like 25k. I'd really like to know if there is a better option to farm it because it feels like i must spend one afternoon for a whole level and it's not really enjoyable.

Any tips/guides (noob friendly) would be appreciated. Thanks.

THE WAY IS THE GOAL, just play, run RvR/SC thats it.

Highly recommend joining an organized guild. This game is not friendly to lonewolfs. You will grow very well in a community, with people who can teach you the best way to do things in the game. Additionally running with an organized group with voice chat is way better than in a waarband with rag tags.

lets hope it gets better for you before 40 sc are crap for you then i am playing a sw and a we was mitigating over half of my damage and got over 26 db
