Greyed out Connect button issue

Hello,
I downloaded the game via the client, not torrent. Once the install completed I installed the DirectX version, and then made sure the Return of Reckoning folder was no longer ReadOnly. I rebooted my PC(Win10) and launched the RoRLauncher.exe(as admin). I get a greyed out Connect button with the following error:

Sounds like you might have some file corruption. Re-download the game with the torrent and paste the files into your warhammer folder and select overwrite for everything.

The torrent is way faster and will maintain better file integrity.

I am stuck here too. I’ve downloaded via torrent and copied the files to three computers. 2/3 work just fine but the third computer has the grey connect issue. Any ideas?
