How do you get to Blocked off Zones you cant fly to?

Every single WB is in blocked off zones i cant fly too making it impossible for me to pvp. I am not sure what i am doing wrong or what. I am 40/40 fwiw. But i go to the map to fly to them and they are all gray. Please any info on what to do so i can pvp. Thanks

The zones should be open for you; can you show us a picture of what you're seeing and where you are trying to fly? Since you're 40/40 this is probably all obvious stuff but just in case:

- Are your other characters able to use the flight master properly?
- Does your character have enough gold in their inventory to fly?
- Are you able to use the War Report to get into zones in the meantime?

My other guess is that you might be looking at Fortresses, which you are never able to fly to. (The Maw, Butcher's Pass, etc.) These must be run to manually by both teams, and you will need a reservation to get in to those battles.

To get to a fortress, just fly into the zone preceding it and run either north or south on the map to enter it and get a queue. Defending teams can also use portals from other fortresses and run in safely that way if the road is being camped by enemies.
