Gold bag problem

Hi i'm a zelot 40 46 r.I'm not lucky so i never find bag.
Today i found first gold bag but inside i dropped annihilator set for lvl 35? I'm bugged or what?

I think you got the bag before you was 40/41 and it just didint get mailed to you at that moment(very rarely happens )
But everytime server restarts the bags get mailed.
