Is anyone using Tome Titan addon?

I tried to play with him a bit in the past and it was kinda hard for me to understand what is what because some of the information was in Russian. some in English and some of the stuff was missing.
Is it now in the same state or got an update?
And also, can someone explain me briefly how to use it?
