I'm level 31. I'm approaching end-game and I wonder if there's any good go-to tips for the RP class that I should know of? Any decent addons? Best skill rotation? Most important set of skills? Ignorable skills?

When you out-heal all other healers in T2-3 sc without dying much or not at all, then you have learned the basics.
When you want to save yourself a lot hassle with addons, get vinyUI, which is a set of some of most useful addons, albeit I encourage anyone to build their own UI.
