Access to war.exe broke, fixes listed didnt solve.

I've tried all the solutions except for the Powershell method purely because I don't understand what it wants me to do.
This error occurred after my game crashed also after turning off read only after I try to launch again read only is turned back on.

try setting all ror folder and subdirectories as non readonly.
and it could also be your antivirus ; tell him to ignore ror folder.
ps: seems that depending on your av, a machine reboot could be needed.

After making it exempt from anti virus and restarting it fixed. Thank you.

In windows 10 theres no real need for an anti virus anymore anyway
