[Suggestion] Bags not opening: Closing game after first start to download missing files

Add something like the following to the Download game page:

After you first start the game make sure to close the game and launcher again to let the launcher download some missing files.
This will enable you to open your bags ingame.

Because in the last few days I tried to answer questions in /advice and that was by far the most asked question "Why can't I open my bags", I made a macro to spam the answer, however as this is not a bug but something you have to do when first downloading and starting the game, I thought it would be best to include it in the 'how do I set the game up' manual page.
