Can't play :(

Soooo, I've been downloading the game update for a while and after completing it, I started the launcher.

When the game loaded the screen was like this (I put the image link down here):

I can't click on anything. I have already tried to run the launcher as administrator, I have unchecked the option "Read only" in the game folder.
I don't know what to do.
Hope someone can help me.

I solved the problem by reinstalling the game.
It took a while, but I'm already able to play normally.
