XP penalty for grp composition

There is a penalty in xp gained if the levels of grp members are too different to avoid poweleveling. OK, my question is, this is only working on PVE or its runing in ORVR/PVP??

I cant tell the exact numbers, but when you are with lvl 16+ in Rvr you will get XP for all the kills.
Not much, so at the same time Questing and killing mobs would you level faster but you will get XP in RvR/PvP.
Also extra XP for capturing BOs, degending Keeps etc.

And your share of Renown. Which is by far the most important gain.

Only pve to prevent rank 40s to powerlevel their mates.

You get a bolster buff that increase your stats...but the game count you as a level 40 or like your real level?

You get a shitload xp/rp, when you kill higher ranks, especially when being solo.

You get a shitload xp/rp, when you kill higher ranks, especially when being solo.

By shitload he means 40k-50k sometimes, even more. A newbie character on oil can level up crazy fast.
