New here, a few class questions

I'm someone who usually plays heavy armor type classes as dps (death knight and warrior in WoW), so i was wondering if any of the tanks classes from either side do decent damage while still being tanky. If not I'll probably just end up trying out witch elf/choppa/marauder.

I'd suggest you try 2H Chosen, but I'm sorta biased. :P

that was my original idea cause i've always liked chosen but i hear the 2h damage for them is very low.

They can be at lower levels, but it gets better once you hit 40/40. I posted a guide for them in this thread that gives my thoughts on how to spec once you get there. You're not as tanky as a SnB Chosen, but for me it's the most fun. Hope the guide helps you to decide. :D

cool, i'll take a look at it. one last question about chosen then, are you able to tank with 2h as well or only with sword and shield?

Its best to main tank PvE with sword and shield, but you can easily off-tank 2H by using guard on your DPS or the main tank. In ORvR and scenarios you can do the same as long as you have a decent healer backing you up, just make sure to get your parry as high as possible. You'll end up taking most of your damage from ranged DPS, but you just have to be aware when that's happening and either charge them or back off to get out of range.
