[DOK] Was it intended for DF to not add dmg to covenants?

Was changed in a patch long ago- +% dmg no longer affects procs, which includes Divine Fury and dok Covs. Making post to make sure that it is the intended behavior- with how much of dok's dmg comes from Covs, especially if dok is using Bloodthirst and Potent Covenants tactics, unless dok is in glass cannon build anyway the heal debuff on DF in personal opinion makes the tradeoff no longer worth it.

I imagine it's working as intended. Proc meta was killed, interred, then disinterred and the corpse lit on fire. RIP bane shield.
