Which addon is this (viny ui)

Im looking for an addon within viny ui, its the floating healthbars above enemy and friendly targets. Please let me know if you know which addon it is.

hey,

this is Effigy. it's a bit complicated in the beginning, but you can do a lot of nice things with it.

I modified it a bit.
