System video card fails to meet min specs Error on loading game!!

I am unable to launch the game due to this error. I have installed the game from the torrent and installed the DX9 from the download on the page. I removed the read only from the folders/files. Tired launching the via admin as well.

I've used the troubleshooting from the forum and this post: https://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum ... php?t=2889 but it still will not launch. I've tried compatibility modes (XP, win7, vista etc) and still nothing.

Has anyone else found a fix for this issue or is possible I have missed something?

Try installing older video card drivers! Worked for me
