Monstrous patch keeping me out of the game?

Hey guys. I played for the first time about a week ago. Played for approximately 3 days then it appears a patch has come in. Its great to see the game getting updated but this patch is astronomically large? after two hours im 18,104 out of 171,775. Am i doing something wrong?

Are you launching Return of Reckoning client and not "age of reckoning"?
