[RESOLVED] Active toon gets "removed from server" message

RESOLVED: I was informed to enter /stuck during load-in screen. I took several attempts but eventually did work. Thanks to Kabuterimon of Da Freebootaz for his assistance.

Destruction character: "Stainz" - RR79 Shaman
I play him for hours, daily.
Logged out last night with no issue.

Today:
-He is on my character screen
-I click start button to begin login process
-The graphic loads for Inevitable City
-Moments later I am back to character select screen
-The screen is frozen
-Alt-Tab & find MS Windows message indicating something bad happened or I was removed from server

Please advise if this is recoverable, the hours I put into this character is unreal.
He is still available for selection from the toon login screen, so I'm hoping he still exists.

** EDIT: just tried other toons on my account, others wont load either. I have nine Destro toons, so far only one loads, my Choppa please help.

I have the Same probleme with my Character Systria impossible to log in zone and back to serveur slect screen each time

During the login screen (picture zone you have log out last time) type /stuck "enter" /stuck "enter", after you have type that twice the login screen change zone for Norsca, probably that crash a new one just close the game and the launcher, try again.
