Friend unable to play due to no confirmation email

Hi,

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot but I have an issue I need help with.

A friend of mine would like to play this game and has tried to register several times with different emails but never gets a confirmation email.

He did play a little bit back in 2016 but upon returning to the game he couldn't log into his account so attempted to make another one. The process went fine until it came to getting the email to confirm the account and activate it. He waited about a week before trying different emails, kept a keen eye on his junk folder and all of that but still no email.

We are now about a month later and I've almost lost his interest in playing despite him being keen to get back into the game.

I have his account name and was hoping a member of the team could help us by forcing the email out to him so that he can start playing.
