Lost Valley and ToVL as You know was end game instances, and IMHO for WP sets must be for main spec. Correct ?

you never know. But here is set from live servers. Both not great for WP/DOK. They cant make it worse what ever stats it is.
Dark Promise not great set bonus, except detaunt maybe

Il remember also bug from DP set when you double taunt - skill with proc stacked, and You hitting WP or DOK by 1 dmg . BTW on the live was be fixed also.

I want redesing DP and Tyrant sets bonuses also.
