Web Server appears red / Login Server appears yellow

Hello.

I downloaded the game with torrent and followed all the steps. I finally launch the update from the RoR client, but after that the Web server is red and login server yellow. I tried following the steps in the FAQ with the commands in cmd and restarted my computer, but it is still the same. I tried this twice and it is still the same. I was thinking that maybe it was the server since it had dropped to somewhere around 200 players, but now it is around 400 players online and I still can't connect.

Should I just wait some more or try something else? Thanks.

Nevermind I installed the game with my CDs and now it works!
