All of my characters disappeared.

I played earlier today and everything was fine. I did some RvR, went to Altdorf and logged off. Then I launched the game just now, logged in just fine, but... the game asked me to choose a server, instead of displaying my characters. I tried choosing the Martyr's Square, but I'm just asked to create a new character.

I checked my mail and the relevant forum section, just to make sure I wasn't banned (though, I'm barely chat with anyone and keep my character names lore-friendly). Nope. It wasn't a ban.

My characters just disappeared.

Any ideas?
