problems with the launcher

hello am new on this server , and I'm having problems with launcher , follows with menssagen when I try to connect to the server. Some words are in Portuguese , but they are all of denial.

Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: O acesso ao caminho 'D:\Arquivos de Programas\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe' foi negado.
